At KNOCKDOWN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the request process and attach it securely to your package.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original packaging and tags are included to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
